The rooms at Usina Studio Fma-Coliving were spacious, modern, and well-equipped, making it feel like the perfect apartment away from home. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the center of town, making it convenient to explore the area. The communication with the staff was excellent, with quick responses and round-the-clock assistance. The rooftop terrace and outdoor pool were added bonuses, providing a great space to relax and unwind. The little gym and kitchenette in the rooms were also appreciated, especially for those craving a home-cooked meal or wanting to stay active while traveling.

I recently stayed at Usina Studio Fma-Coliving for an extended period and it was perfect for my needs. The brand new accommodations had a kitchenette, which was ideal since I was traveling for a long time and wanted to enjoy some home-cooked meals. The location was premium and the building offered a little gym and a cold water swimming pool. The rooms were modern, well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. The communication was excellent, the staff was helpful, and the building had a nice terrace. I genuinely loved everything about my stay.

This apartment is an absolute dream! The balcony is perfect for lazy mornings sipping coffee and taking in the stunning views of Salta. And let me tell you, the private pool is pure bliss on a hot summer day. Plus, the air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool, making it the ideal retreat after a long day of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay as an adventure traveler like myself!

Okay, so here's the thing. As much as I loved everything about this apartment, I have to admit that the balcony was a bit on the smaller side.

Comfortable studio with nice balcony and rooftop. Excellent location near restaurants, cafes, and tour agencies. About 20 minutes walk to bus terminal. Very secure with great Wi-Fi. Helpful and friendly staff.

We absolutely loved the modern and well-equipped rooms at Usina Studio. The kitchenette was perfect for our long stay, allowing us to prepare meals just like at home. The building's premium location was a major plus, with plenty of eateries and watering holes nearby. The rooftop terrace and outdoor pool were fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. Ema, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even helped us easily extend our stay day by day. we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Salta!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, nestled in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance of the central square and the bus terminal. the rooms are modern and well-equipped, offering a kitchenette for those who want to prepare their own meals. the building also boasts amenities like a little gym and a refreshing swimming pool.

Just stayed at a cool place over Xmas, it had a brand new feel and the location was spot on! Right in the heart of the action, I didn't have to go far to explore the city. And guess what? They had a little pool! Perfect to cool off in the hot weather.

Only downside was that the place was still under construction. Workers coming and going was a bit of a hassle and there was only one plug in the room.

The rooms were mind-blowingly spacious and the modern look of the flat was jaw-dropping. The shower was a solid 10 and the terrace and pool were super cool. The fitness centre, although basic, was a great way to stay active. The location was prime, with plenty of eateries and watering holes nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. Wi-Fi was great and the option for on-site car park was a plus. Also, loved that there was no smoking on site.
